Foundation celebrates more than £70k of donations to local causes

Twenty-nine charities gathered at Sandy Park to celebrate donations totalling more than £71,000 for to local causes.
Fifty representatives from the Exeter Chiefs Foundation’s 2024/25 designated charities attended the Chiefs’ first league game of the season against Newcastle Red Bulls, congregating on the pitch at half-time.
The cheque was presented to the group by Foundation trustees Kieron Northcott, Karime Hassan and David Bird.
The monies had been collected by the charities during the previous season through bucket collections and car park donations.
Northcott said: “It’s always great to see our designated charity representatives back at Sandy Park. They provide a vital role in collecting funds that then go back towards their own local causes and raising the profile of the Foundation. We hope they enjoyed an exciting match and a fun day out as our guests.”
