A fantastic £74,468 has been split between 29 different charities at a special cheque presentation conducted by the Exeter Chiefs Foundation at Sandy Park.

Representatives from all of last season’s designated charities were invited to attend Saturday’s Premiership Rugby Cup fixture against Championship side London Scottish.

At Half-time the charities were rewarded for their efforts last season, raising funds through match day bucket collections and manning some of our off-site car parks.

Over the past season, the Foundation has funded funding building and renovation works, the installation of play equipment, and assistance with buying a large number of vehicles, ranging from minibuses to a boat!

Foundations Trustees handed out cheques to representatives from the following charities:

  • Age UK Exeter
  • Balloons
  • Brain Tumour Support
  • Children's Hospice South West
  • Community Equality Disability Action
  • Dartmoor Search and Rescue Ashburton
  • Devon Rape and Sexual Abuse Services
  • Dream-A-Way
  • Exeter & East Devon Motor Neurone Disease Association
