Quiz raises more than £2k for Foundation

Lloyd Barnes Recruitment raised £2,193.55 for the Exeter Chiefs Foundation at their quiz night held at Sandy Park.

The Exeter recruitment agency is a Foundation 15 member and commits to raising in excess of £2,000 in any given season.

More than 160 people attended the quiz, who were also encouraged to buy raffle tickets for a bumper collection of prizes up for grabs.

Mark Lloyd, managing director of Lloyd Barnes Recruitment, said: “It was a fantastic evening, full of good humour, friendly competition, and real generosity. It was great to see so many familiar faces return, as well as plenty of new ones, and we really hope they enjoyed the whole evening as much as we did.

“The quiz continues to grow in success year on year, and that is down to the support of local businesses, charities, and organisations, who come together in aid of the Exeter Chiefs Foundation and the work it does across our community.Thank you to every team who took part and helped create such a brilliant atmosphere.”

The quiz was won by Shared Lives South West.
